We understand that plans can change. At Meher Retreat, we aim to offer a smooth and guest-friendly experience. Please read our refund and rescheduling policy for online bookings on our website www.meherretreat.com:

1. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 5 or more days before the visit date:
  ✅ 100% refund, after deducting applicable transaction charges (if any).
• Cancellations made 2 to 4 days before the visit date:
  ✅ 75% refund of the booking amount will be issued.
• Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the visit:
  ⚠️ 50% refund will be provided.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the visit or no-show:
  ❌ No refund, but guests may request rescheduling (see below).

2. Rescheduling Bookings

• One-time free rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the booking date.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable if cancelled later.

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Simply email us at info@meherretreat.com with your booking reference and preferred action (cancel or reschedule).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

If your visit is affected by an emergency or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., medical issues, travel delays, weather conditions), please get in touch. We'll do our best to accommodate your request with either rescheduling or a goodwill refund.
